David M. Schweiger

Experience

Mr. Schweiger’s practice concentrates on the defense of workers' compensation claims, for private sector employers and for municipalities and other governmental entities, at the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Schweiger has extensive experience in litigating numerous and varied workers' compensation cases in Broward, Miami-Dade, Monroe and Palm Beach Counties.

Mr. Schweiger’s practice also involves general tort litigation and personal injury law.
