Jeffrey L. Hochman
Experience Mr. Hochman focuses his practice in the areas of business litigation, including business torts, contracts, landlord/tenant issues, and real estate disputes; municipal litigation, including civil rights and employment matters; and, insurance litigation, including personal injury, wrongful death, and coverage issues. He has practiced in Florida since 1991 and maintains an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Hochman’s reported appellate decisions include, Shell v. Schwartz, 975 So. 2d 1158 (Fla. 4th DCA 2008); Southern Coatings v. City of Tamarac, 943 So. 2d 948 (Fla. 4th DCA 2006); Developers of Northlake, Inc. v. Northlake Equities, Inc., 944 So. 2d 1014 (Fla. 4th DCA 2005); Vetro v. City of Coral Springs, 901 So. 2d 875 (Fla. 4th DCA 2005); Merle Wood & Assocs. v. Intervest-Quay Ltd.
