Experience
Mr. Railey was born and raised in South Florida. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, with Honors. He thereafter obtained his law degree from Florida International University College of Law, with Honors. Mr. Railey’s practice focuses on the defense of both governmental and private entities in the areas of labor and employment law, civil rights claims, and tort claims. Mr. Railey practices in both state and federal courts.
