Experience
David Schweiger received his undergraduate degree in Finance at Temple University and his law degree from Nova Southeastern University. He has resided in Florida for nearly 20 years. Mr. Schweiger has a broad range of civil trial experience with a current practice that concentrates on the defense of workers’ compensation claims and personal injury defense for both private sector employers and for municipalities and other governmental entities. In addition to handling general workers’ compensation litigation matters, Mr. Schweiger has extensive trial and appellate experience in dealing with Florida’s presumption law and other occupational disease workers’ compensation claims that are peculiar and unique to the public sector. He is a member of the Florida Bar and Broward County Bar associations.
